WiFi Hacking

1. WiFi hacking using wireshark.

If you're trying to hack someone's wifi, a useful bit of software you may want to try is called Wireshark. Wireshark is a wifi packet sniffer, which is an essential step in actually breaking into someone's wireless system. Of course, this is illegal, so make sure you're only doing it to test a network's security, or for your own educational purposes. Check out the video, follow the steps and see how secure network is. Hack, hack, hack!

2. Hack a WEP-protected WiFi network with BackTrack 3 (WEP)

In this clip, you'll learn how to use the Backtrack 3 Linux distro and Aircrack-ng WiFi security app to crack the password to a WEP-protected wireless network. The process is simple. For more information, including step-by-step instructions, and to get started testing the security of your own WiFi networks, watch this hacker's how-to.

3. How to hack a 64 bit WiFi wireless

   network using Ubuntu v. 9.04

Oh how we love open source software. If it wasn't for Open Office, we never would have been able to write that seven-page English paper while on our friend's Microsoft Office-lacking laptop during an impromptu road trip to Mexico. And Ubuntu, an open source secure operating system, offers you similar convenience. A much more intuitive computer operating software than your standard Windows or Mac OS, Ubuntu is great if you know what you're doing.
You can even use Ubuntu to hack free WiFi. Check out this video to learn how to hack a 64 bit encrypted wireless network.

4. Hack WPA wireless networks for beginners on Windows and Linux

WPA-secured wireless networks, or WiFI Protected Access, is a form of internet security that secures your wireless LAN from being accessed by unauthorized users. Safer than WEP, or wireless equivalent privacy, WPA still has weaknesses that are prone to cracking - IF, that is, you know what you're doing.

Luckily, if you're itching to steal some free WiFi, this tutorial has all you need to know. Check it out to learn a beginner-friendly way to crack a WPA wireless network on Windows or Linux OS.
